So how does this beautiful healing energy work?

Reiki is an energy, a spiritual or universal life force energy. When we use it in healing, it acts holistically on the entire body and the auric field.

The aura is a field of energy which completely surrounds the physical body. Detecting auras is one of the things I teach people in my workshops apart from being great fun it allows people to gain a real understanding of the concept of energy.

Reiki maximizes the benefit of this life force in the body, it works on our auras first where physical illness attacks before entering our body.

Reiki strengthens and balances the energy in the body which in turns helps boost the immune system renewing vitality and bringing about a powerful feeling of serenity and relaxation. When the mind and body are relaxed powerful healing can occur.
