The Reiki 1 Workshop

In this powerful "Reiki 1 Workshop" You will become attuned to the Reiki energy. Learn to reduce Stress, Deep Relaxation, Pain Release and Expand Spiritual Awareness. Improve your Physical Health , increase your Energy Levels, Build your Self-Confidence, overcome Panic or Anxiety Attacks and much more.

Price. The cost of a Reiki 1 workshop is €225. A deposit of €50 secures your place in the workshop. The balance is paid on the first day of the workshop.

The Reiki 1 Workshop Itinerary

Day One

This is the first level of Reiki.

Reiki level 1 course is run over two days and a two hour follow up session roughly 3 to 4 weeks later.

Reiki one includes the following:
» Explanation of Reiki and how it works
» Explanation of the Chakra’s and what they represent.
» 5 Principles of Reiki discussed.
» Tea and coffee break.
» Attunements to Reiki 1 are given.
» Everyone gives & receives Reiki.
» Explanation of 21 day cleansing.
» Meditation.
» How to give Reiki to family, friends & pets.
» Questions and answers.
» Some N.L.P techniques to release any negative behaviour.
» Feedback.

Day Two 

» Discussion and feedback/review from previous day and evening.
» Everyone receives a mental clearance.
» A discussion is held about the sub-conscious mind and conscious mind and how we can
   program it to work better for ourselves.
» Tea and coffee break.
» Chakra balancing.
» How to use Reiki in all areas of your life.
» Discussion about most often asked questions. 
» Introduction to Angels and how they can help in our lives.
» A short meditation.
» Break for lunch one hour.

Afternoon:
» Some Reiki Healing techniques are demonstrated on a students back.
» Everyone gives and receives Reiki.
» Some N.L.P techniques are demonstrated.
» Meditation.
» Feedback and issuing of Certificates.

The Reiki 2 Workshop

This workshop is opened to anyone who has completed a Reiki 1 workshop.
I like to leave at least 3 months to allow the reik to be intergrated into their lives.

I teach Reiki 2 over 2 days on a weekend and like to keep the class small so I can give my attention to everyone and I feel it's more personal.

The workshop starts at 10 am and ends at 5pm. Tea and coffee are provided during the breaks, plus there is a lunch hour each day. Lunch Is not included in the price.

Price. The cost of a Reiki 2 workshop is €350. A deposit of €50 secures your place in the workshop.The balance is paid on the first day of the workshop.

This workshop is open to anyone that has completed a Reiki 1 workshop regardless of where they did it.

» Everyone receives a Reiki 2 handout
» Sharing feedback experience since Reiki 1
» Revision on all aspects of Reiki 1, chakras  and hand positions, for self healing ,chair
   and plynth.

» Attunements to Reiki 2 are given
» Meditation
» Feedback and questions and answers
» Working with the Angels

Lunch break

» After lunch 3 Reiki symbols are practiced
» Explanation of and practice of absent /distant healing
» Each student practices giving and receiving Reiki using the Reiki symbols

Day Two

» Discussion and feedback on absentee healing
» Discussion how to use the symbols in all areas of your life
» Tea and Coffee Break
» Practice on using the symbols and drawing them
» Meditiation
» Feedback

Lunch Break

» Hosanna Clearing working with the angels
» Demonstrate drawing symbols with their 3rd eye
» Questions and answers
» Students are shown how to fill in a Reiki questionaire form
» Guideline on how to deal with clients
» Guideline on malpractice insurance is given
» Certificates are given

The Reiki 3 Mastership Workshop

The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many, and you don't have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. The additional energy, symbols will greatly enchance your own healing ablities. Healing yourself, friends and absentee healing will be much improved when you receive the Master attunement.

However if you do decide to teach Reiki you will be able to do so, and one of the joys of Reiki Mastership is being able to teach others.

At this workshop when you become attuned to the Reiki 3 energy it can change your life for ever! Reiki empowers you in every area of your life. In this busy stressful life we live in today, this a powerful tool to have in your life.

This workshop is run over 2 days and is open to everyone who has completed Reiki 1 and 2. The workshop starts at 10am and ends at 5pm. Tea and coffee are provided plus a lunch each day. Lunch is not included in the price.

Price. The cost of this workshop is €450 and a deposit of €50 secures your place in the workshop. The balance is paid on the first day. Carolines workshops are relaxed, informative and very enjoyable and there is ongoing support after all of the workshops

» Full revision of Reiki 1 and Reiki 2

» The Master Symbol is given(this is the key to unlock the full potential of the Reiki energy)
» All of the other Reiki symbols are demonstrated
» Explantion of 21 day cleansing

Lunch break for 1 hour

» Everyone gives and recieves Reiki using the Master symbols
» Distant Healing is demonstrated
» Questions and answers
» Meditation

Day Two

» Discussion and feedback/ review of from previous day and evening
» Demonstration on how to perform the Reiki attunements on others
» Tea and coffee break
» You will learn how to teach Reiki Healing to others
» Explanation and discussion on the Master Symbol plus all of the Reiki symbols

Lunch break

» Students will be shown how to attune each other into levels 1,2 and 3
» Students will be taught how to conduct levels 1,2 and 3 workshops
» Students will be shown how to do 2 other initiations/ yod and the silver voilet flame
» Students will be invited to sit in on a Reiki 1 workshops to gain work experience
» Feedback and issuing of certificates
» Ongoing support and advice

About The Workshops

All workshops are held over 2 days and start at 10am and finish at 5pm.
Morning and afternoon breaks where tea and coffee are provided.
There is a 1 hour lunch break.

There is a follow up 3 to 4 weeks later after the initial workshop. These generally last 2 hours where we discuss how everyone has got on and any questions that you might want answered also.

Meditation and another attunement to the silver violet flame is given.

Reiki Gatherings

Reiki gatherings are held every month, once you have completed a Reiki level one workshop.

These gatherings are a great opportunity to practice Reiki, to give and receive Reiki from others.

I normally begin with a meditation, then we discuss any issues or questions that may arise. I also do some N.L.P techniques and in general the gatherings are very relaxing as everyone receives Reiki within the group and the energy is powerful within the group dynamic.

Each gathering typically lasts 2 hours and energy levels are boosted!

Price. €20 

It is a chance for like-minded people to keep in touch and stay connected with each other and Reiki.

Caroline's workshops are relaxed, informative and very enjoyable and there is on-going support after the workshop.
