Stress is the wear and tear our minds and bodies experience as we attempt to cope with our continually changing environment.
The causes of stress are multiple and varied but they can be divided into two categories external and internal.

These factors can generate various symptoms of emotional and mental stress.
The most common of which include anger, anxiety, worry, and fear.
During this relaxation course I help people Identify the triggers that
cause stress and help them cope with the minor stresses so that the
bigger one's won't have such an impact on their lives.
I also help them look at patterns they may be repeating as they may be handling stress in the same manner that as they saw their parents handle it!
I help people to look at their mind and thoughts, and compare it to a computer. What we put into it is what we get out of it! In many cases we are running on an old program and that being the reason why we are not getting the results we want!
I help people
change their personal program in regards to stress and teach you how to manage it and not
allow it to manage you!
I do group sessions as well as one to one.
The course for groups lasts for 3 hours and the last hour is spent in deep relaxation.
Each course can be tailored to suit the individual. It is a very enjoyable course and helps you learn to manage your small stresses, allowing you to reduce the impact of the major stresses in your life!
